After several years of employment as a litigation consultant under the study of several well-know litigation consultants and Bay Area builders, founder Gregg de Haan decided it was time to move forward and establish his own firm.

The firm’s philosophy is simple; provide a group of experts much like a building is originally constructed to get a balanced, educated opinion for fair resolution.
The building trade faces many challenges: Man-power/woman-power coordination, tight schedules, adverse building environments, fiscal constraints and challenging design, which often times leads to construction defects.
